Delivery and shipping

We ship to the world!

For orders from Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan, we are happy to provide SF shipping. We will use SF Express to ship to the SF Express pick-up point closest to your address. Or you can also fill in the self-pickup point you want us to send to the delivery address.

For orders from other places, we will charge a fixed amount of shipping. The amount will be displayed at checkout. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us at contact@zoltonshop.com.

1. Warranty

We have a 14-day warranty policy. The warranty covers the manufacturing defects of the product itself, including leather, metal surfaces and stitching. Parts other than the above are not covered by our warranty. Accidental damage is not covered by this warranty, including:

-Failure or damage caused by improper use or carelessness;

-Failure or damage caused by unreasonable maintenance or modification;

-Failure or damage caused by water or fire;

-Appearance changes that occur during normal wear, tearing and aging.

 

Please note that since the product is made of natural leather, the pores, textures and slight scars on the leather surface are natural phenomena. Therefore, the warranty does not cover the above defects. When we receive a valid warranty claim for a product purchased from us, we will repair the related defect or replace the product. If we are unable to repair or replace the product within a reasonable time, the customer will be entitled to a full refund after the product is quickly returned to us. We will pay the freight for repairing or replacing the product to the customer, and the customer will be responsible for the freight for returning the product to us. Any non-payment of the goods will not be accepted by us.

2. Cancel the order

If you want to cancel your order, please contact us at contact@zoltonshop.com. Regarding the order that has been sent, unfortunately, we cannot cancel or change your order.

3. The package is lost

If your package is lost during transportation, please notify us as soon as possible and we will try our best to solve the problem. Please note that we are not responsible for any lost or stolen items.

4. Pickup

We use SF Express in Hong Kong and Taiwan. For orders from all over the world, we use E-Express to ship. We will send you the tracking number of the package.
